Made to order:
All of our rugs, collections and custom rugs are *made to order.
*Made To Order Definition:
– The product is currently unavailable and not in mass production.
– The product will be manufactured immediately after its order has been placed successfully.
The vast majority of our rugs are made-to-order, which means that they’re non-refundable and non-returnable. Any customers who select an in-stock rug that is returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund, as long as it has not been damaged or soiled. If any returned rug requires cleaning, steaming, or alterations, the cost of these necessities will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund. To return an item, you must first contact us at email@example.com. For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Once the item has been returned to us, it typically takes between 3-5 working days for the return to be processed and the money to show in your account.
Manufacture & Shipping times (covid updated)
All of our rugs are made to order and estimated manufacturing of our of hand-tufted rugs (Standard quality) are around 1-2 months, while hand-knotted rugs (Premium quality) around 4-6 months depending on size & design.
Rugs & wall-hangings are delivered worldwide with a flat rate of $300.
Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Loominarea or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
Custom Art work & Charges
Custom rugs have 10% supercharge to cover additional resources. Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, the final color and dimensions may slightly differ from those specified. All Custom items are non-returnable as they are commissioned items made only to your specifications.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Visa Debit and Maestro, as well as Paypal, and Apple Pay payments.
Placing an order
By placing an order with us you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order. .
By placing an order on this website, you are making an offer to Loominarea to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Loominarea for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods, as well as pricing of shipping are subject to change without notice.
All delivery dates and lead times are only estimates and subject to change from time to time. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Receiving an order
Once the product is delivered to customer, the customer is the owner of the product. If customer refuses acceptance of the shipment it is understood that they are refusing the shipment and its product ownership and no refunds to the customer will be applied. We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are precise. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
Product Size and Color
All of our products are handcrafted, and rugs can vary in size by up to 10cm. Likewise, although our natural dyes are used for accuracy, colors can vary slightly from rug to rug. This is normal and, by placing an order via this website, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this. If you require a rug of a specific size, please utilize our custom size calculator embedded to our product listing. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for other changes such as colors, materials, or shapes.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in USD (United States Dollar). Sale Tax will be calculated depending on your delivery location. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties once the package reaches your destination country.
Security of Payment
If your credit card is lost or stolen and used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site before you tell your credit card issuer, we will assume liability for the first $50 of your loss. Your credit card company is under obligation to take responsibility for the rest. If your card is still in your possession and used fraudulently, your credit card issuer is under obligation to take responsibility for your entire loss. We will use reasonable endeavours to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.
Arrangements that protect you against the fraudulent use of debit cards are different, and you should check with your debit card issuer.
We understand that many people worry about submitting personal details on the Internet – especially their credit/debit card numbers and we would like to reassure you that any information you provide here will remain safe and secure.
